Inviting a crew inside isn't a small thing. It's your house, your family, your stuff. So here's a Clear visit, start to finish, with nothing left vague. When you know exactly what happens, there's nothing to be uneasy about.

Step 1: Before We Arrive

You'll know who, when, and how much.

Call, or answer four quick questions online. You get a same-day response from a real person: a clear price, a confirmed arrival time, and the name of who's coming. No surprises at the door, because there's nothing we haven't already told you.

Step 2: At Your Door

A crew worth opening the door for.

We arrive on time and introduce ourselves by name, and you may already know them. Clear was founded by Al, an active California firefighter, along with two of his closest friends: a retired Navy SEAL and a retired Army soldier. Every member of the team has passed a thorough background check, is fully insured, and carries the same code of conduct we lived by in uniform.

Step 3: Inside Your Home

We work like guests, not contractors.

Inside, the rule is simple: your house, your rules. Tell us where to start, which rooms to save for last, what the dog's name is. We move carefully around furniture and floors, keep our work area tight, and leave each room exactly as we found it, just minus the dirty glass.

Step 4: The Work

Every pane, until the glass disappears.

Interior and exterior, cleaned to a streak-free standard, and not just the glass. Tracks, screens, sills, and frames are part of every job, along with stain and build-up removal. We know the local grime, too: coastal salt-air film from the marine layer, and inland sprinkler hard-water spotting. A clean window in a dirty frame isn't really a clean window. Doing it right also extends the life of your glass.

Step 5: Before We Leave

You inspect. We don't leave until it's right.

The last step of every job is yours. Walk the house with us, window by window, in your light. If anything is short of perfect, we fix it on the spot. And if something shows up after we're gone, we come back. That's the whole policy. No fine print.

After

Then it's just you and the light.
